Shipping policy
PAYMENT OPTIONS: For online orders, our website offers easy to use PayPal checkout options and shop pay options.  Our site allows you to pay for your order via most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay  or via your PayPal account. Sorry, no CODs. An alternative payment options is e-Transfer for anyone who has a Canadian bank account.  Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes.
SHIPPING POLICY: 4 My Merles Creations offers real time rates using couriers, allowing you to select the rate of your choice.  All courier shipments require a signature on all packages regardless of value  If your package is returned due to consignee not home, or package not picked up from smart spot, you will be responsible for the costs to have it shipped back to you.

Orders are processed in the sequence they were received and payment completed. We run approximately 3 weeks from order to ship on all orders that include our toys and leashes as these are handmade here in our shop. Retail items generally ship out next day unless you have included a toy or leash we make which then puts it in the order that it arrived from the website.  Shipping carrier will be the one you selected at checkout, unless there is a problem with the courier at the time of shipping.  Providing your email will ensure you get a tracking number. Â
Please note that 4 My Merles Creations is not responsible for payment of any taxes or duties which may be assessed by the destination country.
All taxes, duties or additional fees  including tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns are done at the buyers expense. Â 4 My Merles does not cover any costs for returning items. Â If you need to return an item, it is suggested you track and insure your package back to us.Â
If you refuse items for any reason, including missing the pick up window provided by the courier if applicable, all costs associated with returning the items back to us will be charged to you and taken from any refund you would be receiving for the items you have returned. This includes any/all taxes, duties, tariffs, shipping costs.
4 My Merles Creations is not responsible for lost parcels. Â Once a parcel leaves the 4 My Merles location, it is tracked with the courier company you chose at checkout. Â If you put your email in with your order, you would have received a tracking number. Â It is good practice to be aware of when your delivery is so you or someone may take your parcel in from outside.
