What is rush my order? Rush my order means you have ordered something custom like our toys or leashes…and you need it fast. While we can’t control the speed of the shipping companies, we can certainly push your order to the top of the pile. This means instead of the standard 3 weeks it usually takes to complete custom orders, we will have it completed and shipped within 5 business days (not including day of order). The rush my order is limited in quantity available so we will be able to get your order done and out the door. This is only valid for an order of 4 items or less. If you have selected this and have more than the 5 items, we will refund the rush my order portion and carry on with the order in sequence of its arrival from the website
